Terms of Service — Korean Seekho

Effective date: July 8, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Korean Seekho (“the app”), operated by Teriwell (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Korean Seekho is a Korean-language learning app for Hindi speakers. It includes:

• A free core course (Hangul, everyday conversation, TOPIK/EPS basics, vocabulary, spaced-repetition review).
• Optional paid course packs (TOPIK I, TOPIK II, EPS Job Pass) that unlock additional lessons, practice sets, and mock exams within the same app.

No account or sign-up is required to use the app. Your learning progress is stored on your device (and, for features that explicitly say so, synced to our servers under your anonymous device identity). We do not require your name, email, or any other personal identifier to use the app or to make a purchase — purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and linked to your device/store account, not to an account with us.

Purchases

Paid course packs are one-time purchases (“non-consumable”) that unlock permanently for the account/device that bought them. Prices are shown in the app and in the App Store/Play Store listing before you buy.

• All payments are processed by Apple or Google — we never see or store your card details.
• Purchases can be restored on a new device using the “Restore Purchases” button in Settings or on the purchase screen, as long as you’re signed in to the same Apple ID/Google account that made the purchase.
• Refunds are handled entirely by Apple/Google under their own refund policies — see refund-policy.md for how to request one. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Content & Copyright

All lessons, audio, illustrations, and other content in the app are owned by Teriwell or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell app content.

No Guarantee of Results

Korean Seekho is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the app — including the paid TOPIK or EPS course packs — will result in passing the TOPIK exam, the EPS-TOPIK exam, or any other test, or in securing any job or visa. Exam results depend on many factors outside our control, including the exam body’s own criteria, which may change independently of app content.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teriwell is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on its content for exam or job outcomes.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the app’s features or these Terms over time. If a paid feature’s scope changes materially, we will note it in the app’s release notes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
